The 7 Days to Die jail plugin introduces an optional ability for server operators to enable an in-game jail.
The operator is able to choose specify the coordinates of the jail cell, the time (in minutes) of each jail sentance.
When a player kills another player, with this setting enabled, they will be teleported to the specified coordinates of the jail cell.
This will occur near-instantly, providing no chance to loot the killed player.
When a player is in the jail cell, they will not be able to leave it - even if they are using some sort of hack. They will be confined to the jail cell, and brought back to it, if they try to leave.
When the player's sentence length is up - as defined by the server operator - they will be taken to the center of the map, near the spawn point. Coordinates: 0 70 0
If a player is in jail, and proceeds to kill other players currently in jail, the player killer will continue to elongate their sentence.
If a player logs out while in the jail, they will not be eligible to be teleported back to spawn, upon completion of their jail sentence.
They will not be brought back to the jail cell upon leaving, however. If the jail cell is made from bed rock, they will need to use a /home or /suicide command to escape.

If the server operator has set a bail amount, players can use zCoin to pay bail, and leave jail before their sentence has elapsed.
This functionality requires that the 'Persistent Server Link' option is sent to active.
